So, here is my current EFI and I still have only BT under Ventura 13.6.4 After deleting suggested plists, Ethernet goes to en0 and Wifi section disappears (probably this records was from my old Fenvi card). Also attached debug file, maybe it can help. Thank You!

It doesn't help. I remove all kexts, except base ones+Airport+BT. Still only BT :(
