Panic if using full slot of RAM

My system is the R7 3700x, main: TUF b450 Gaming Pro.
If I use the full ram slot (8GBx4) then the system fails to function, or it crashes and restarts.
It doesn't happen if I use Windows 10.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
