Errors disk after booting back from W10 to Bigsur

Since 3 months i have problem with my disks except the system. The disk became readble but not writale.
Mac os told me to do a backups asp.
each time i have a warning message and the disk cannot be writable.
I have reformated 3 time the 8To volume... its takes time.
I have Paragon to read mac disks, Ease us todo backup and minitools on windows.
I think when i just open a mac Os volume in windowq it may corrupt the disk acces.
I don't know, what i can do, to stop that.
I remember me that the icons was like usb external drive and now like (as they are) internal.
Does that change something ?
How can i safely use my volume ?

Paragon is the issue here. When I used it in the past it always corrupt the macOS drive. These days I just use TransMac if I need to transfer files across. I've also got a drive formatted as exFAT so both Windows and macOS can use it.

and what do you use to write on Windows 10 from Macos ?

I don't need to write to the Windows drive often from macOS. Unless I've downloaded a game or something while in macOS To write to NTFS from macOS though I use Microsoft NTFS by Tuxera. I've had no issues using that.
Another option would be NTFS Mac from Paragon. I've not used it recently though.
