Hello! I decided to install Big Sur for the first time, I did everything. But when booting from Opencore, nothing happens, throws it back to the boot menu. I pulled out a disk with Windows, boot strap in security is activated. Also i tried to set it None. Nothing. I tried different EFIs for my assembly, one started up, but nothing happened after the very first boot with the apple. (just hung an apple, without anyloading). I checked your config.plist and found out you have different settings from what OpenCore guide recommends.

eg: XchiPortLimit, ApplePanic, AppleDebug etc.

Please follow guide here on how to construct your config.plist : https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/AMD/zen.html#starting-point

Bonus: use this https://opencore.slowgeek.com/ (Sanity Checker) to check your config.plist
thanks! fixed all bugs in config, but still no result. efi: https://opencore.slowgeek.com/?file=amd061qEDQRD&rs=amd061 just wondering why this might be happening? cuz of what?

What happens when it boots? It restarted itself after running some codes? What does it means throw back to boot menu?

You sure you have made a correct bootable USB? When in boot menu, I don't usually choose OpenCore, instead I choose the drive itself. From what I see here, the drive doesn't seems to appear. You can try to make the USB again.
