Install goes back to macOS Utilities

Hello!

I made my vanilla installer by the tutorial. I can boot the installer from the pendrive fine, make the partition then click on reinstall macos. After I select partition, and click install the installer close itself and go back to the macOS Utilities page. Internet connection is okay.

I tried an another pendrive maybe it's faulty but the same happens.

Any solution?


MOBO: ASus prime x370-pro
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x
RAM: Corsair vengeance 3000mhz
GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ 5700XT

My build I am trying get booted is very close to yours, same mo, cpu, RAM, but I have a 5600x. I Get to the start Catalina and then nothing. How are you formatting the drive?

AFPS and GUID?

How can I make a full installer with Windows?

Have you tried to use a different USB drive? Also to make the full installer skip the step in the guide in the gibMacOS part for typing -R for the recovery options. This will download all the files required.

No, but I've uploaded my log of the crash.

Works!
I installed Mojave first then I upgraded it to Catalina. Mojave installer works as charm.
