Are you aware your GPU is mostly unsupported and your CPU has no integrated graphics, the latest version you can install is High Sierra. Beyond that I didn't spend a lot of time examining you EFI although I did see somethings to edit (for example you do not need CPUR-SSDT.aml).

Yes, I know that my video card is supported by Mac OS 10.13, but I have seen many times that people with my video card or from the GTX generation launched graphics and the hackintosh worked fine. As for the processor, I also know that there is no graphics core! But is it possible to somehow log into the system without errors and start graphics from the system?

Some Nvidia dGPU’s from the GTX 600 & 700 Series (Kepler family) are natively supported in macOS up to and including Big Sur. Monterey dropped support for these old Nvidia cards.

The Pascal and Maxwell cards 900 and 1000 were never supported natively. Their support came from using the Nvidia Web Drivers (not supported by Apple) and these Web Drivers stopped working with the release of macOS Mojave.

You are wasting your time trying to get a newer version of macOS to work with your GPU.

You need to Install High Sierra or get a compatible AMD GPU.
