Hi I tried to update to Ventura so I updated EFI and made changes to plist but now it stopped booting. Maybe my hardware is not compatible to Ventura. Such a noob I am...

Your R9 390 GPU is not supported in MacOS Ventura. All the older cards, i.e. HD 7000, HD 8000 and R7/R9 series of AMD GPU's lost native support when Ventura was released.

Apple have removed the drivers for these three series of cards from macOS Ventura.

MB and CPU are compatible, but you need a Polaris, Vega or Navi AMD GPU for Ventura.

Though, the page is not updated for Ventura. I was able to install teh Ventura update on my RX 580 8GB. Though it's getting long in the tooth.
 
My Hackintosh seems to having trouble booting. I forgot to make a backup EFI. Me so stupid!
