I usually bench my build after an update just to see if things have improved, or gotten worse!. Cinebench R23 seems to be more reliable at informing it's user of progress than GeekBench 5. Bragging allowed show us your Cinebench!.
Well I do have a good excuse. This build was about seeing if a Ryzen 5000 would work on a A320 chipset. Official AMD support happened in April 2022 with a BIOS update, unofficially Gigabyte, ASUS and others released a quiet update last October. I think the 7 5700X came out beginning of May and I purchased it two weeks after release and installed it, and then tosh'd it. If we had the same board the result would be different, but you win this round for bragging rights.
