[SOLVED] USB Audio micro pauses and fills up logs

Freshly installed Catalina, disabled serial ports in bios as this seemed to help with the stutter, but still, when i open Ableton Live and put it full screen, my audio skips about once or multiple times a second. Log fills up with these lines below in link. My EFI folder is included as a reference. Any ideas guys? Can this be related to usb map? Or lack of usb map?

I have figured it out: PCIe from my GPU needs to run at 3.0 instead of 4.0 to get rid of these skips.

I have USB stutter too with my 5700XT card, mostly with mouse movements. My MB is already on PCIe 3.0 as it doesn't support 4.0. Whatever the issue is, it's related to the GPU.
