Ryzen 7 3700x
Asus TUF Gaming X570-plus Wifi
Zotac Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 3gb
G.Skill Tridentz 2x 8GB RAM

Can this run MacOS Big Sur?

@rajs1543 Any AMD starting from Polaris would do (except Navi 22: RX 6700 /XT).
