NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060
ASRock X570

Wich kext i need?
EFI Folder available?
config.plst?

Manual to Install Step by Step?

gtx 1016 can only be used for High Sierra, you can search for 3600x EFI on github and install webdriver after entering the system.

GTX 1060 meens that is not metal Grapic Card Right?

the correct cpu + motherboard should ensure that you can successfully enter the system

I recommend you sell gtx1060 and buy rx 550 or new
