GIgabyte B450 DS3H big sur can't boot

Hi, i can't load from usb flash, here's log file, someone have same errors?
My hardware:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Radeon rx5500xt
Gigabyte B450 DS3H
I try set my own config.plist, try another configs from github with same motherboards, and always have the same errors.

I tried to install previous version and after it, successfully updated it to big sur
