If it's the installer you're booting press the space bar to see it. HideAuxiliary is probably enabled.

and about the resolution, like this, cutting some letters, have a way to change it?

Your USB is wrong then if the installer isn't showing. As per Dortania guide on Windows it should all be on one partition,

I solved this, but have a new problem rn, I think I see this in dortania guide problems solutions, let me see if is the same error

Edit: This appear, when i click in the engine for install MacOS this appear, i can progreed more, I wait more than 30 minutes and no change nothing

Updates:
I tried to do again a lot of times, and everytime the same error, Idk what do more to solve this problem, I tried more than four times, do and redo the usb, see the guide a lot of times to see if I can do something to solve this problem.

Another option is to download a premade AMD VM image. Create the installer USB using createinstallmedia as outlined in the Dortania guide for creating the USB in macOS. It does mean more downloading though but it's the "official" way to create the macOS installer.
