So to make it clear.And?
That doesn't automatically mean it is correct for your system.
- Do you have the exact same Bios version as the Opening Poster (OP)?
- Do you have the exact same CPU/GPU/case etc. as the OP?
- What changes/adaptations have you made to the EFI contents to take in to account any differences between your system and the OP's system?
- Are you running the same version of macOS as used by the OP?
- Are you using the initial OpenCore EFI from post #1 for a newer version of macOS?
- Have you looked for a newer version of the EFI that is suitable for the version of macOS you are looking to install?
I have osx 14.4 already installed and it's working with an OLDER unsuported EFI. My assumption from this thread was, with the EFI what you can download here for the
Gigabyte Aorus X570 Pro, Pro Wifi, Ultra & Master will fit or work perfectly with my system.
What i'm doing is just testing the EFI on my preinstalled osx 14.4 to get the Audio, Ethernet and WIFI running. I'm just exchanging the files inside the EFI Folder.
I didn't know that i have to make any changes or adaptations to a EFI folder/files what is already build for my Gigabyte Aorus X570 Master.
Just the ones like Processor core optimisation.
That's why i'm wondering why it is not working
