USB peripherals shut off immediately at the start of the boot phase

CPU:
Ryzen 5 3600
I'm encountering a problem where all my USB peripherals shut off when OCLP hands off to macOS 26 Tahoe recovery installer with no way of recovering them, if i plug them in again they only get power. after this the boot has a 10% chance of getting past the verbose part and going into GUI (presumably because of bizarre race conditions and watchdog stuff), only when all unnecessary kexts are disabled ofc.

system:
MSI B550m mortar wifi
ryzen 5 3600
rx 6650xt
Crucial P2 500gb

I spent actual hours attempting solo fixing this USB issue but nothing worked out, I thought I would ask here.

I am currently running macOS 15 Sequoia stably with this EFI.

Hello @cerebroleso ! Your USBMap.kext is borked. For whatever reason it's missing critcal information that would make it a valid kext. Use "Show Package Contents" from the Finder window and you will see what I am talking about. If needed compare it to your UTBPort.kext, which is different in overall format but has the guts to make it a kext.

Remap your ports and you should be good using Hackintoo or CorpNewts USBMap Master

I was about to remove this post, I gave OpCore Simplify a try after hours of troubleshooting and it made me a perfect EFI that booted Tahoe first try, god bless, have a great day.
