You'd be able to install sure but the integrated Vega GPU won't work under macOS so it's not worth it I'm afraid.

Also it seems like Final Cut performs WAY better on intel platforms, so its probibly not worth it performance wise, if at all you could get that gpu working.

I work in FCP on an iMac 27 2015 i5 R9 380 and I also installed on my Ryzen 5 2600 Hackintosh with RX580 ... it is 5x better and faster on my Hackintosh ...

Intel Quick Sync should be way faster for rendering compared to OpenCL!
