I tried adding the boot flag -radvesa with and without checking DeInit but the loading stops as below image.

RX 580 is supported natively by macOS… Installer may be corrupt as I see a prelinked issue there. Try rebuilding the USB.

try replacing FakeSMC.kext with VirtualSMC.kext
some people had success with it.

Ok, I think you were right that the USB installer is corrupted. It was because something wrong when unzipping the zip file (10.14.4), 7z advised that "32-bit overflow in headers".

I downloaded the file couple of times and still has the unzip problem. Do I have other links to download 10.14.4 or 10.14.5?

If I create 10.14.1 USB installer, installer stops as below without further action:

Thanks! I will try once I create the USB installer again.

This time I follow this guide (https://vanilla.amd-osx.com) to create USB installer but it still turns to blackscreen (with backlight on).

For replacing FakeSMC.kext with VirtualSMC.kext, I put VirtualSMC.kext to Kexts > Other on the boot USB, do I have to edit config.plist in order to use this kext?

What brand is your RX580? If you want to try VirtualSMC then you need to remove FakeSMC and put VirtualSMC.kext in the kext folder and VirtualSMC.efi in the drivers64UEFI folder.
