I successfully installed high sierra. But the dual monitor setup is problematic. One of the monitor is off the screen from the left. I have attached the images and details below.

Monitors used
(primary) BenQ EW2440L => uses HDMI port in GPU
(extended) BenQ GW2470HL => uses DP port in GPU through converter

The above monitor dual screen setup works perfectly in Windows 10.

Config
AMD Ryzen 1200, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 1060gtx 3gb GPU

OS Version: 10.13.2 (17C88) => High Sierra
Nvidia Web Driver Version: WebDriver-378.10.10.10.25.102
I installed the latest Lilu.kext, NVWebDriverLibValFix.kext and WhateverGreen.kext

Used CoreDisplay-patcher.command and get the following message after re-execution
SIP looks to be disabled, all good!
(otool) Detected patched CoreDisplay on OS X 10.13.2 (17C88) and 10.13.3 (17D47).
