Is this HighSierraAMD Official or AMD HS?

I used "AMDHS_Installer_v2_clover.dmg" this image.
Now, I am downloaded "HighSierraAMD_V3.dmg" and in first step I got "invalid kernel opcode (64-bit) : 4a ..." error, continuesly.
Do you have any suggestion for my hardware ?

There's bugs with that install with USB, download V2 from my signature and install then update to 10.13.3 via the app store.

Here's the tutorial for V2 : viewtopic.php?f=24&t=3460
Here's the instructions for upgrading through the app store: viewtopic.php?f=52&t=3950

Same problem here. I get stuck at (almost exactly) the same point, When I use Bronya's kernel. With Shaneee's kernel I don't even get to that point. Maybe is the kernel (FX) or the mobo (I have 990XA-UD3 as can be seen at my signature).
The strange thing is that I have succesfuly installed all OS Xs from Maverics to Sierra and -with some juggling- made them work properly.
No idea why High SierraAMD wont install (or even boot).

I get the exact same error messages from V3 as you do. It has to be some kind of incompatibility between SHaneee's kernel and AMD FX CPU series (or the mobos).

Ok. I downloaded HighSierraAMD_V2 UEFI.dmg from your signature, Norton287.
It is freezeed while trying to boot from USB at first step.
Nothing happening.

It shouldn't hang there unless the image is corrupt. Remake it with transmac and try booting again.

If that doesn't work and you've tried 3 clover installers and not one worked, you can try HighSierraAMD Official V1 with Enoch. Here's the download link:

I had the same problem with HighSierraAMD V2 UEFI, I tried to boot via UEFI with USB3.0.
Either try to boot with USB2.0 and/or not with UEFI.
I downloaded the file three times, at the end I can say that this hashes should be correct:
md5
bd9db1df08050612f5ac50efbcd70772 HighSierraAMD_V2 UEFI.dmg
sha256
7b519022e11223641e473a2490e9628cae26e1f4def2ac5a9e8a7850a1729063 HighSierraAMD_V2 UEFI.dmg

BUT; something is broken, I cannot install. See attached picture.
(Same problem with HighSierraAMD_V2.dmg)

edit: HighSierraAMD Official V1 with Enoch.dmg seems to be corrupted too.
(Downloaded twice with the same md5hash: 27b8ecdfdad234c73fa2e46c260efe0c)

dmg2img -v "HighSierraAMD Official V1 with Enoch.dmg" "HighSierraAMD Official V1 with Enoch.img"
dmg2img v1.6.7 (c) vu1tur ([email protected])
ERROR: dmg image is corrupted

I thought it is also a img (though, it is as small as hackintosh dmg images), so I wrote it as an img to my usb drive...
The usb drive has no partition scheme, so it is indeed a dmg.

Please share your images as torrents... this prevents data corruption by the hoster or during transfer.

The images aren't corrupt, just today it's been downloaded 88 times with no complaints. Just use transmac to copy them to USB not dmg2img.
