If you download the 10.12.6 Security Update you need the installation VM to fix it and run postinstall again. You can download the install VM here:

Once downloaded use 7zip to extract it, put it in your 10.12.6 VM folder. Now edit the VMs settings and add another Sata HD, use an existing disk image and point it at sierraamd3.

Now boot and select SierraAMD as the boot disk. Once the installer loads, select your language and click the next button. Once you go next click on Utilities and then select Terminal.

Once terminal loads you want to do post install. Enter the following commands:

  cd /Volumes/SierraAMD/PostInstall
sh post.sh

Enter macOS as the volume name and watch it go.
Once postinstall is done click the Apple Menu and choose restart. Now restart off macOS drive and login to your drive. If you had autologin enabled you'll have to reenable it.

This has Ryzen support in the kernel now!
