Since -afaik- Clover doesn't support 10.15.1 yet, I started with getting 19A583 and creating a USB installer using the instructions on https://github.com/AMD-OSX/AMD_Vanilla (I was using High Sierra).

For installation to work, I had to use AptioMemoryFix. Also had FakeSMC, NullCPUPowerManagement, Lilu, WhateverGreen kexts as usual.

For audio, I used AppleALC.kext I had from High Sierra installation -attaching it in case someone might need it. If I remember correctly, microphone input wasn't working while on High Sierra but didn't have the chance to test/fix it under Catalina as the BT headphones' microphone already works.

Ethernet works with RealtekRTL8111.kext.

The Bluetooth dongle I'm using works out of the box, as does the Sapphire RX 570 ITX -using Display Port.

I installed Catalina on a new m.2 drive and Migration Assistant was able to copy everything from High Sierra. Even though it gave an error saying it couldn't create my account at the end, it worked.

Sidecar is working but there is some random flickering.

Time Machine wasn't working under High Sierra but works now.

Since it went quite easily and well, I am a bit hesitant to try Open Core now...

Please, can you help me?
My config: Ryzen 1700, Asus PRIME B350 Plus, RX 580

I'm trying to install Catalina 10.15.1.
I've created a bootable USB stick from Windows 10 (because is my first time trying to do a Ryzentosh), using https://vanilla.amd-osx.com/ guide, but my internet connection is NOT working in the installation screen.
When i choose the option to reinstall macOS, i got the error "An internet connection is required to install macOS".

I'm using the latest version of RealtekRTL8111.kext (RealtekRTL8111-2.3.0d7-Release-08152019_025102) provided by Goldfish64's kext repo.

Use this version I've uploaded, https://www.dropbox.com/s/fmdjt4z2objkt ... t.zip?dl=0

Also remove those SMC plugins keeping VirtualSMC. They won't work on AMD.

I'm afraid I don't have a solution either, but I attached my .kext if it's any help...

Just to be sure, have you checked if it's not disabled in bios? I don't think it's of any importance but my PXE OpROM and serial ports are off. It feels like there should be a setting somewhere that you have different because it's the same board.

As far as I remember I only turned off serial ports after the bios update but I might be wrong so I took photos of most of the settings so you can check them out: https://imgur.com/a/Uq8AzHd
