I had previously installed High Sierra on my AMD 5 1400 Based desktop with GTX 1050TI. Now I have a new laptop ASUS TUF FX705DT and the configuration is -

*AMD® Ryzen™ 7 3750H Processor
*16 GB DDR4 2400MHz RAM
*NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650 , with 4GB GDDR5 VRAM
*512GB PCIe® Gen3 SSD

Nvidia hasn't released any drivers for your graphics card, yet. When or if it will be released is uncertain. With your current configuration, you won't be able to run any macOS version, I'm afraid. At least not with graphics acceleration.

Nvidia web drivers supports 1050/ti (or any Pascal series card) up to latest High Sierra (10.13.6). But not Mojave (10.14). According to link I've posted, it seems they were working on Mojave drivers in april and maybe now Catalina (10.15) drivers, which should include support for both Pascal (10 series) and Turing (20 and 16 series) cards.

Allright... So I guess we wait for drivers for 16 series cards to run a stable version of macOS. Good to know there's hope.
