your device id is 1022,1457 and is located at D019 in DSDT. You need to add the D019 to HDEF patch : 44303139 -> 48444546

Reboot and rerun the script after that.
It works! Now my mobo's audio is working.
But AMD gpu display port is still not recognized. Its Sapphire Nitro+ Vega 56.
you mean the video of the DP ??
or the audio via DP ? (if so, use the report form)
The audio via DP. I've uploaded the report in one of the above post.

looks like you are running from cache :

Open Kext Wizard, check the /System/Library/Extensions option, execute.

open terminal
Code: Select all
sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions
Then :
Code: Select all
sudo kextcache -U /
and
Code: Select all
sudo reboot

@AlGrey, thats strange i tried doing that since you mentioned it to someone else but when i last did that when booting i got stuck on a black screen so i went into my other drive and fixed extensions through kext wizard, also how do i stop it from running from cache? I'll give this another try in the meantime

You can try the commands from the terminal in the usb installer or from safe boot by removing the sudo and by adding /Volumes/yourpartitionsdiskname/{ previous command} to fix black screen.
