Upgrading to 10.13.2
You need to download the installer below and restore to USB with transmac:Code: Select all
1. Download the High Sierra 10.13.2 INSTALLER from the app store.https://mega.nz/#!B3gnATRY!wQ8JwVJ-ZyLbBoEif7bGWzSXQq6xvnhkFivfMQ8XrLk
2. Let the installer run, and reboot.
3. Once the installer reboots you need to boot off the USB installer, let the installer load. Once the installer loads select Terminal from the Utilities menu.
4. Once Terminal loads enter:
Code: Select all
5. Once the menu loads you want to Select option 1, enter your hard drive name and let it do its thing.sh /Volumes/HighSierraAMD (press Tab)/AMD/setup_run
6 . Once Pre-Install is done choose 11 to reboot.
7. Now you want to boot off the USB Installer again, choose the macOS Install from macOS partition or whatever you named your partition during initial install.
8. On boot the installer will run again and copy files, could take some time, once through it will reboot again.
9. Boot off the USB installer again and when the UI loads select Terminal from Utilities menu. When Terminal loads enter the above command again to start the install script.

13. You're done. Use your eyes and pay attention and you'll be ok.
14. I had issues dual booting windows and high sierra on the same drive, I had to delete the window partition to let the install happen. I've asked Shaneee about this and am awaiting an answer.
This will cover installation and post installation as well as installing clover for UEFI booting
Restore the SierraAMD_V5 image to USB with Transmac, here is a guide written by Shaneee: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=1213First thing is to check your bios and make sure you're setup for UEFI booting for both hard drives and removable media, like so:
https://photos.app.goo.gl/IEJj1SS4mFR3d4jH2
Once you bios is setup correctly its time to boot the USB drive. When the Clover menu loads you want to select Boot macOS from SierraAMD to start the install. You'll be in verbose mode so you'll see a lot of text go by, it will hang at gIOScreenLockState for a couple of minutes then load the graphical installer. Click Continue, then Click Continue again to agree to the License Agreement, then click Agree.
This will take you to selecting the drive you want to install macOS to, click on Utilities from the menu like so:
https://photos.app.goo.gl/DJH24t7FB10GlCf22
Select Disk Utility from the menu. Once disk utility loads you want to select your drive on the left and the click Partition button from the top menu. This will open the disk partioning tool like so:
https://photos.app.goo.gl/CUL4kuG8IPIZrIsB3
Click the + sign to add a partition or select Your existing partition and on the right you want to choose GUID partition map and format as +HFS. Name the partition macOS to be standard. Let the partition be formatted and once complete exit Disk Utility and it should show up as available disk to select to install on, like so:
https://photos.app.goo.gl/4jGbuW85tocxvEAy2
Click Continue to start the installation. If you have your USB plugged into a USB 2 port it can take up to four hours sometimes or even overnight. Just let the install run and eventually it will finish:

It will now reboot and we are on to the PostInstall portion.
Post Install
Boot off the USB installer and select Boot macOS from SierraAMD. This will load the installer again, once the installer loads click Continue to get to the license agreement and then you should see the menu appear. Select Utilities from the menu and then select Terminal, like so:

Once Terminal opens you're going to issue some commands and they are case sensitive. The first command is like so:
Code: Select all
https://photos.app.goo.gl/WkfxJgu9ZmXQKJBf2 cd /Volumes/SierraAMD/PostInstall and press enter
The second command is post.sh, you run it like this:
Code: Select all

https://photos.app.goo.gl/D9KoysMKoJgWMpdo2
You'll see messages go by, look for errors, when it copies the kexts there will be some verbage not to worry about. Look for messages like could not build prelinkedkernel.

Now wait a minute and it will restart or you can click the Apple Menu and choose Restart.
Booting From The Hard Drive For The First Time
Now it's time to boot from the hard drive for the first time. Since there is no boot loader installed you will use the USB Installer to boot. When the Clover menu loads select Boot macOS from macOS and press enter. It will hang for a few minutes at gIOScreenLockState but give it time and the OS will load. Now for the setup.
Setup starts immediately on OS load, first is to select your language and click continue like so:
https://photos.app.goo.gl/WBELCHPmVT9LYy9K2
Next is selecting your keyboard, select your keyboard and click Continue like so:

Next it will ask you if you want to enable Location Services, uncheck it and click Continue like so:

Next is to select your Time Zone, on the map click on the region you're from and click Continue like so:
https://photos.app.goo.gl/Q1k3QAckDz6CpeDl1
Next it will ask you if you want to participate in Analytics, uncheck both boxes and click Continue like so:
https://photos.app.goo.gl/ir4MVYXl5Thf98Or1
Next it will ask you if you want to enable Siri, this is up to you check it or uncheck it and click Continue like so:
https://photos.app.goo.gl/XnrCGlp89n9DGPCt1
Next it will ask you to setup your User Account, fill out all the fields and click continue.
Once the OS loads to the desktop you want to go to Finder from the menu and click on Finder Preferences. Once Preferences loads check the Show Hard Drives box and you'll see your hard drives appear on the right of the screen.

Now you want to install clover in UEFI mode
Once Clover is installed you want to copy the Clover folder from Clover Files to EFI, like so:
Installing the 10.12.6 Kernel for all CPUs/APUs
See this thread on how to: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=2711&p=28128#p28128
Once that is done reboot, remove the USB Installer and you should be presented with a Clover Menu. Select Boot macOS from macOS. Once your in you can change the text interface of clover by doing this:
Enoch Bootloader PostInstall
Mount the USB drive and from the root of the Enoch files folder launch the enoch installer.
Installing Enoch
Choose Customize

If you have an EFI partition, choose install into the ESP.

If you don't have and EFI partition, choose install into the chosen path.

Check the following options.

Once checked click on install to install Enoch.
Once the install is finished copy the Extra folder from the Enoch Files folder over your existing Extra folder to transfer settings. If you have an NVIDIA card and are using web drivers you need to edit the org.chameleon.boot.plist and add NVIDIAWebDrv=Yes to the Kernel flags section.
Post Install Help
Make a forum post in the proper section with your hardware specs and what problems you are having. If its a kext issue for a piece of hardware we need the manufacturer and the make and model of the hardware to find something for you.
If you feel I've helped you, feel free to tip me a dollar.
