Anyone overhear of this ?

I have it installed on my laptop, pretty cool and somewhat useful.

I was thinking about using the OS as a backup OS for my mackintosh, but I don't know what steps need to be taken in order to accomplish this goal.

Sorry I'm not entirely sure what it is you're asking. You can make backups on your main machine.

Well, I mainly wanted to know if anybody has ever used this OS with a Hackintosh before.

Snow Leopard yeah. I had a fully working 10.6.8 (x86_64) install using a retail install CD so it definitely works. It takes alot of patience though.

I'm looking at installing snow leopard on my machine (as its the only version I have a copy of on disc) - before I get into it, do you think it will work?
My machine bits and bobs should be listed below if I added it correctly..
