1- yes igpu Disabled in bios (but I tried it after booting it worked as a second screen however I disabled it from bios)
2- I am not using Windows - Hakentosh only but yes I am using it as the main Gpu
3- I am using booth kexts (whatever green and nootedred)
4- I am using Display port I tried HDMI the same result
5- I am using DP Direct without adapters
There's your answer. They conflict with each other. As you've got the iGPU disabled you don't need NootedRed so remove the kext and remove the entry from your config leaving only Whatevergreen and it should work.

thanks shanee for the reply
I disabled the kext nootedred and its entry but the same problem and 1 more problem appeared the display turn off after 1 minute the pc running but no display
The problem of the display turning off after the system runs was from the PSU. I have changed it to Fresh new 650-watt GAYGABYTE
When i removed nooted.red, there is progress, no boot failures for now
When I removed apgmod=pikera Display port wasn't working I framebuffered the GPU using orico it worked
Now the Hardware encoding is working wasn't working before. Booting is much better, but I still have a black screen with backlight on after verbose and after this black screen, the Apple logo appears again and loads the desktop normally
Hello Guys,
Thanks to your help, I discovered that the PC was configured to manage the iGPU only
As I installed the RX570 after a few months from installing the hackentosh , the GPU wasn't detected correctly
I have installed a fresh installation with fresh EFI creation, it's now working fine
