If you didn't create your USB configuration, that may be why it isn't working correctly for your system.
All it takes is 1 port to be misconfigured for the USB configuration to break and cause Sleep/Wake and power issues for your system in macOS.
Personally I wouldn't use these two kexts, as they are likely to cause more issues than they resolve.
- AMDRyzenCPUPowerManagement.kext
- SMCAMDProcessor.kext
They tend to hog system processes unnecessarily, and there are probably better less intensive Sensor kexts available.
You don't require the NullEthernet.kext, as you have a Realtek Ethernet controller in your system. This kext is only required when you have a laptop that lacks an Ethernet port.
RadeonBoost.kext is an old semi dysfunctional kext. I was never sold on the activities this kext was supposed to provide and it has not been updated for many years, so would be a really bad choice for any recent version of macOS.
I would recommend you disable/delete them all from your OC setup.
The dates you have for your list of kexts are probably not accurate. If they were you wouldn't be running Sequoia.
I assume you have a Realtek USB WiFi adapter in your system, hence the use of RtWlanU.kext and RtWlanU1827.kext. I wasn't aware that this Realtek USB adapters were still functional in macOS Sequoia. I thought they lost support with Sonoma, as the developer Chris1111 has stopped all work on these kexts.
I haven't used a USB Bluetooth dongle since Catalina, so have no idea if your TP-Link dongle will work or not.
