CPU:
AMD Ryzen 7 7950X
I was able to finally get macOS Sequoia installed! I will include the EFI that I'm using and my full spec list as well. Keep in mind, that some things aren't really working still, but I'll update them soon hopefully.

Specs List:
AMD Ryzen 9 7950x
Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Elite B650
RAM: 128GB of G.Skill Trident Z Neo RGB (UGH) 6000M/T CL30-40-40-96
SSD #1: Samsung 990 Pro NVMe SSD 4TB
SSD #2: Samsung 990 Pro NVMe SSD 4TB
SSD #3: Samsung 970 Evo NVMe SSD 2TB
SSD #4: Samsung 870 QVO SATA SSD 8TB
AIO: NZXT Kraken Z AIO 240 millimeters
Case: Fractal North XL
Power Supply: Corsair HX1200
GPU: XFX Speedster AMD Radeon 6800XT with 18GB of VRAM

Potential Issues:
Sleep(?)
During start up, verbose screen will appear and then disappear after it's done loading completely. Issue is, when it's done loading completely, it'll not display anything for about thirty seconds and then it'll show the login screen. This is an issue I've always had with hackintoshing. I don't know if it's something to do with the EFI, GPU, or something else, but if someone can help me fix this, that would be awesome.
Nothing else I can think of regarding issues. If you test out this EFI and find an issue, please let me know so I can try and fix it.

If someone wants to use this without a LAN cable, please let me know and I'll try adding Wi-Fi capabilities to this EFI. As it stands right now, accessing the Internet is only doable with an Ethernet cable.

Attached in the attachments area is the EFI folder.

Consegui finalmente instalar o macOS Sequoia! Incluirei o EFI que estou usando e minha lista completa de especificações também. Tenha em mente que algumas coisas ainda não estão funcionando direito, mas espero atualizá-las em breve.

Lista de especificações:
AMD Ryzen 9 7950x
Placa-mãe: Gigabyte Aorus Elite B650
RAM: 128 GB de G.Skill Trident Z Neo RGB (UGH) 6000M/T CL30-40-40-96
SSD #1: Samsung 990 Pro NVMe SSD 4 TB
SSD #2: Samsung 990 Pro NVMe SSD 4 TB
SSD #3: Samsung 970 Evo NVMe SSD 2 TB
SSD nº 4: SSD Samsung 870 QVO SATA de 8 TB
AIO: NZXT Kraken Z AIO 240 milímetros
Caixa: Fractal North XL
Fonte de alimentação: Corsair HX1200
GPU: XFX Speedster AMD Radeon 6800XT com 18 GB de VRAM

Possíveis problemas:
Dormir(?)

Hi, my processor is Ryzen 9 7900, and my motherboard is a ProArt X670E-CREATOR WIFI. I tried to install Sonoma using your EFI, and during verbose mode, the screen freezes at the message "start trying to init PCI service..."

Could you help me?

He might be able to help but he would have to rewrite his EFI to work with your board. Asus and Gigabyte 670/ 650 boards require different values to be able to boot. Without getting into to much detail you'd be better off staring here. https://forum.amd-osx.com/threads/ryzen-9000.5375/post-37239

I just to say thank you so MUCH for sharing this. I have been going at this for 2 days.
My specs are:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7500F
Motherboard: TUF GAMING B650-PLUS

I believe I just had some unnecessary .asl files causing it to hang, which is where I followed your EFI.
