For CPU name add RestrictEvents.kext to your /EFI/OC/Kexts folder with a corresponding entry in your config.plist.

WiFi/BT fix depends on which card you are using, Intel or Broadcom?

You might want to have a read through this Post-Install guide, it has numerous fixes for common issues.

Then you need to add the following kexts to your OC setup, assuming you are running macOS High Sierra.
  1. AirportItlwm.kext - High Sierra version of this kext
  2. IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext
  3. IntelBluetoothInjector.kext
Add these three kexts to your /EFI/OC/Kexts folder and a corresponding entry for each kext in your config.plist.

The three kexts you need are attached in the zipped folder below.

Try this EFI folder, it has been updated to use the latest AMD Kernel Patches with your 16-Core CPU.

Thanks i will try.
For now on checker i got :
Patch
Code:
17 patches found - Did you apply the kernel patches correctly? Please review the Kernel Docs
Catalina 10.15.4 CPUFAMILY_INTEL_PENRYN patch found
Big Sur 11.3 CPUFAMILY_INTEL_PENRYN patch is missing or incorrect

I used the latest patches from the AMD-OSX/AMD-Vanilla GitHub page - https://github.com/AMD-OSX/AMD_Vanilla

The latest patches.plist only contains 17 x patches. This is completely different to the old set of patches which at one point had around 40 patches.

You can ignore the checker error, the patches are correct and the latest versions.

Try this updated OC 0.8.2 EFI, set again for your system including the Nvidia GPU.

I think the issue above was I forgot to set the SecureBootModel quirk as disabled. I left it as Default.

Ok at least it boots!

I have used a revised Nvidia boot argument which should fix the Nvidia card not working with the Web Drivers,

I have also replaced the WiFi kext with a specific one for High Sierra, and added a Max and Min Kernel setting so it only works in High Sierra.

RestrictEvents.kext is missing from the Kexts folder and your config.plist. That kext is require fo fix the name (cosmetic only).

I thought you said the Nvidia graphics card wasn't working. Looks aright in the screenshot above.

The EFI below contains the RestrictEvents.kext. See what difference this makes.

Again wifi and cpu name not work:

My wifi card is:
Up to 2.4Gbps transfer speed
Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200
2 x 2 Wi-Fi 6 (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) with MU-MIMO supports dual frequency band 2.4/5GHz
Supports channel bandwidth: HT20/HT40/HT80/HT160

The WiFi card driver you need is probably itlwm.kext from the OpenIntelWireless github repo but must be an earlier version compatible with High Sierra (if that's what you're using).

I provided the AirportItlwm kext for High Sierra, so it should work.

CPU name issue is purely cosmetic, but again RestrictEvenrs kext was provided in the last EFI folder so it should show correctly in About this Mac.
