Your Nvidia GTX 1070 is not supported in Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur or Monterey.

The last supported macOS for your Nvidia card is High Sierra, as it requires the Nvidia Web Drivers.

Feel free to waste your time trying to use an incompatible GPU. That is your choice. But don't ask us to waste our time trying to get something that doesn't work in macOS to work.

If it was possible to use an Nvidia GPU from the Maxwell, Pascal or any of the RTX series of cards others would be using them. There is a simple reason why others are not using GPU's from these series of cards, that is they are not compatible with macOS.

If you want to use your Nvidia card in a Hack, install High Sierra.

If High Sierra isn't what you want, change your Nvidia card for a compatible AMD card, or an old Nvidia Kepler series card.

See this GPU buyers guide, regarding Nvidia GPU's and macOS.
