Startproblems with AMD Ryzen 7 5800X on VMware Workstation 17 Player

Have a nice evening, everyone!

I tried to install Mac OS Sonoma in a virtual machine in VMware Workstation 17 Player. I used the following video as a guide:

Unfortunately, my VM always crashes after installation and does not boot up properly.

My Hardware:

• AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
• 32GB DDR 3200
• NVIDIA RTX 4060
• ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI II
• Windows 11 Professional

Does anyone have a plan why this might be? I've attached the log file and the VMX file in the zip.

I tried this guide. The Machine get only a black screen. I can't install MacOS.

@Edhawk okay, my machine is running. But the Performance is very bad. The Display can't show smooth animations. Can i make it better?

In a macOS VM poor graphics performance is to be expected. So no, I don't think you can improve it when using an Nvidia GPU.
