I trie to install 15.0 Sequoia from usb, executing all passage from dortania guide but is stuck, attached efi. I can't find solution.
Tried most configuration, using SSDT-EC-USBX but no way same.
Attached my efi

ps. bios 3.46 -> AGESA Combo V2 PI 1.2.0.Cc
bios setting used suggerested from dortiana guide

Have a look at this thread, where the OP has the same ASRock B550 Steel Legends motherboard. The working EFI is for Ventura but will be similar in most respects to what you need for your system.

I just remembered that the M.2_3 connector (WiFi/BT) socket, may also have a USB2 port associated as it would be needed for the Bluetooth module to work.

This M.2 connected USB (header) port would need to be set with connector type (255), for the Bluetooth to work correctly. So that would make a maximum of 5 x Internal (255) ports on your ASRock B550 Steel Legend motherboard.

SOLVED!!!! I have get new EFi hard work but steel work very well
Attached my EFI (removed only personal info) to share my hard work with all user

Asrock B550 Steel Legend bios V2.20
AMD 5900x
RX6950 XT

Using:
Dortiana setting for bios AMD
OpCore Simlify to get the base and correctly ACPI
OcCat to edit config.plist
add manually ssdt rx6950xt

Bios setting has Resize bar Enabled
work all

Could you re-upload your EFI? It seems damaged, I can't edit it (you know, edit the serial number, etc.). I also think the 6950 SSDT should be removed from the config, since I have a 6900 XT.
I already tried editing it with OCAT, it says 'invalid plist file', and with ProperTree it says 'unexpected key at line 1391'
