Is the sleep function a matter of the MOBO needing proper kext etc? Or would CPU impact?

Not real sure, everything I read says on AMD sleep works or it doesn't, haven't looked into it too much yet.

Amigos, meu setup e muito parecido, com essa coisa que muda é minha placa de vídeo que é uma RX 5500 XT fiz um pendrive para instalar Catalina na minha máquina mas está travando antes de abrir a tela da Apple, o que pode estar acontecendo alguém pode ajudar?

Friends, my setup is very similar, with this thing that changes is my video card which is a RX 5500 XT I made a pendrive to install Catalina on my machine but it is crashing before opening the Apple screen, what could be happening someone can help?

Not sure, I upgraded mine to a RX 5600xt and have no issues. Maybe you could share your config.plist? What version of OC are you using?

Ok, looks like you are using Clover. I haven't used Clover as a bootloader for a long time. I think you should start from scratch using the guide at https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/

On your pendrive, delete everything in your efi patition after coping it some where safe.
extract the attached efi and copy the folder to your efi partition on your pendrive.
discontect your Windows 10 drive from the system to be safe.
Try booting from the pendrive and let us know if it boots.

extraia o efi anexo e copie a pasta para a partição efi do pendrive.
desconecte a unidade do Windows 10 do sistema para ficar seguro.
Tente inicializar a partir do pendrive e nos informe se ele inicializa.

Fiz o que você disse, mas apaguei o EFI antigo do windows e logo depois de copiar o que você me mandou seria necessário usar algum aplicativo para fazer isso ou estou certo?
O que aconteceu é que apareceu a maçã mas reiniciou e ficou em um loop assim nas imagens

First thing you need to do is reset your NVRam, there are boot args in place that are not in the config.plist I made.
you can try again after the nvram reset, make sure in your bios you have csm disabled and above 4g enabled.

A primeira coisa que você precisa fazer é redefinir seu NVRam, existem argumentos de inicialização que não estão no config.plist que fiz.
você pode tentar novamente após a reinicialização do nvram, certifique-se de que em seu bios você tem csm desabilitado e acima de 4g habilitado.

Cara aquele Mac extraordinário começou, tudo bem, mas eu tive 2 problemas: 1 o mouse não funcionou, 2 consegui formatar o HD que vai ser o Mac mas na hora de instalar pediu uma conexão com a internet e então parei pq ainda não ha drive de rede imagino, mas ja estou muito feliz com a ajuda de vocês muito obrigado

Glad it booted, that is my efi with some things specific to my rig removed. This is an Open Core 0.6.5 efi that works great on mine. It will need some tweaks for yours, but first we need to get the OS installed so we can run hackintool to get the information we will need. It will also help to map your USB ports.

It would also help to know the exact model of the motherboard, mine is the A320M-HDV R4.0, if yours is the same my USB map will work.
