Same process as you've done already with gibMacOS just choose Ventura. Use the EFI I shared for you.

I'm not sure how tethering from the installer would work. CorpNewt has a script to build an Offiline installer though, https://github.com/corpnewt/UnPlugged

started with a lot of errors, usbports.kext not existing in kext folder - deleted from config. fail,after ~30 minutes reboot
upd: or not, old efi from GitHub,waiting
