You can't run MacOS Monterey on your system. Your Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti is not natively supported in macOS. No Nvidia GPU's are supported in MacOS Monterey.

Your Nvidia GPU is supported in macOS High Sierra, latest version you can run with that GPU. As it is not natively supported you have to be using the Nvidia Web Drivers.

Each sub-version of macOS High Sierra requires a specific set of Nvidia Web Drivers. For example, High Sierra 10.13.6 has seventeen (17) different sub-versions and each of these has a specific version of the Nvidia Web Drivers. Use the wrong Web Drivers and your GPU will not work with the correct resolution or Full Acceleration.

You have a choice to make.
  1. Install macOS High Sierra, as that is the last version of macOS your Nvidia card will work with, or
  2. Replace your Nvidia GPU for an AMD GPU that is compatible with MacOS Monterey.
