I am getting the below error while validating with ocvalidate tool.

NOTE: EFI_097 is my older folder where I made changes for OC 0.9.8

Solution
Remove FirmwareSettingsEntry.efi and OpenVariableRuntimeDxe.efi drivers. You shouldn't need either with an X570 board.

The screenshot below shows the contents of my OpenCore 0.9.7 OC folder, as an example of what works for my similar AMD system.

View attachment 13299 OC folder contents for my Asus ROG STRIX X570-F Gaming/Ryzen 9 3900X/RX6700 XT system.
@Edhawk Thank you for your correction. After removing both drivers, I'm able to boot my machine with OC 0.9.8.

Did you update the drivers when you tried to update to 9.8? It seems to be saying the version you are using is from a previous version of Opencore, probably 9.7Openruntime.png
