Every time I boot my pc Opencore creates a new boot entry how can I stop this? I can provide EFI file if needed

It's related to the LauncherOption entry. Check out the Dortania guide here to resolve it. You should also check and disable any CSM, TPM or Security Boot in your BIOS which could cause double-entry (it has happened to me before also). >
