New to AMD (RYZENTOSH)

Hi, am new to AMD I have an Asus vivobook laptop with ryZen5 3600u with Vega GPU. I don't have any clue where to start from and what patches and kexts I need and how to setup open core for AMD CPU with Vega graphic built-in. Hope someOne will help me.
