Need to know about campatibility of intallation of AMD OSX in my Ryzen 7 3750H processor

My laptop Specs.
AMD Ryzen 7 3750H processor
24GB RAM
256GB Nvme
Rx 9 Vega inbuilt graphic and nVidia 1660Ti dedicated Graphics
Wifi - Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller Ethernet 802.3

Please, someone, tell me any of AMD OSX version is compatible for my laptop? I need to use wifi also

Unfortuantly the integrated Vega GPU nor the 1660 are supported in macOS.
