Not sure which manufacturer created your motherboard, if MSI you might not be able to install Monterey, as there are known issues running macOS Monterey on MSI boards.
You will need to disable the AMD Integrated Graphics, as they are not supported in any version of macOS.
You will need to use Monterey 12.1 or newer, as the drivers for the RX6600 XT only appeared in 12.1 and your RX6650 XT will require the same drivers.
You may need to use a fake ID for your GPU, as that is what I have seen others use with the RX6000 series refresh GPU's.
Your Ryzen 5 5600g has 6-cores, so you will need to edit the AMD Kernel Patches accordingly.
