I managed to boot into the macOS Recovery installation screen. Now I'm stuck because my wireless keyboard and mouse are responding very slowly. Please help.

Neither the CPU nor integrated GPU are supported in macOS. You might be wasting your time trying to Hack this UM890 system.
If you do get macOS installed it will never have graphics acceleration due to the lack of support for the IGPU. So it will be laggy and glitchy when you use it for anything. Some browsers will refuse to work, some applications will quit while you are using/booting them.

Anyway this is my efi so far, booting successfully into recovery, but stuck on unsupported issues.
