I was trying to get my HS built to work and it keeps on saying LoadImage failed - unsupported what do I have to do? I tried changing the APFS and doing OC clean snapshot

Most common issue for a B550 motherboard not working with macOS is for the SSDT-CPUR.aml and a compatible SSDT-EC-USBX-AMD.aml table to be missing from your /EFI/OC/ACPI folder.
Zip and post a copy of your EFI folder so we can see what you are using.
