Your Nvidia GTX 1650 Super 4GB graphics card is not supported in any version of macOS. It doesn't work with the Nvidia Web Drivers or drivers provided by Apple in maCOS. It never has and it never will be supported.

# Turing Series (RTX 20xx, GTX 16xx)

You need to one of two things:
  1. Swap your Nvidia card for a compatible AMD dGPU
  2. Swap your AMD CPU - Ryzen 5 3500, for a CPU with an integrated AMD GPU, i.e. Ryzen 5 3400G or newer.

Only in macOS High Sierra. After High Sierra the Nvidia Web Drivers don’t work.

You need to use a Nvidia Kepler series GPU, if you must use an Nvidia card. See this link below, it lists the supported Kepler series cards you could use. These cards are supported natively in macOS up to and including Big Sur.

I have used a few of these cards in the past, but they are old. The best cards in this Nvidia list lack Metal support and are a poor choice when compared to a basic AMD RX400 or RX500 Polaris series GPU.
