Lenovo Thinkpad AMD Ryzen 5 4500u AMD Radeon Graphics.

I have done quite a lot of research but I haven't seen anyone installing macOS 14.4.1 on this machine. Is it doable?
I have built at least 7 different EFI files from scratch but they all seem to get stuck at this

I have mainly been following Dortania's OpenCore Install Guide and used AMD Vanilla patch file, mapped USB Controllers, tried with nootedred and WhateverGreen, SSDT's etc etc.
Can someone help?
