Laggy and not working properly

Hello everyone i am new to the hackintosh community and couple of days ive build my first hackintosh. But i have strange problem which is laggy and not so snappy like real mac...
Can someone look at my EFI folder and tell me why is that i will be very grateful.

My specs:
Mobo: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600af
RAM: 2x8 2666mhz
GPU: RX580 8GB
SSD: 256GB m.2 dont know the manufacturer


EDIT: Ventura 13.6.4
