Imessage and facetime

Hi, I can get on icloud, appstore and itunes with my account, but i cant get on imessage and facetime, i used to install opencore. My ethernet connection is en0, in config list i fill serial mlb and uuid by using gensmbios. I used some fixing on https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Desktop-Guide/post-install/iservices.html, still nothing

MSI RX480 8G
16GB RAM DDR4

You may need to try several serial numbers. I had to use Live Chat with Apple to get past the customer support error. Now iServices are fully working for me.
