iMacPro1,1 or MacPro7,1 for Ryzen?

For our Ryzen Hackintoshes, which SMBios you believe is best ? iMac1,1 or MacPro7,1?

Is there no difference or will the hackintosh work better with one smbios over the other? (better CPU/GPU performance, more stable etc.)

My system is in my signature. I currently run with iMacPro1,1 and have no problems, but I was thinking of trying MacPro7,1. Will I see any difference...?

You may see a difference but not necessarily in a good sense.

Graphics tend to work better with the MacPro1,1 SMBIOS, in browser videos.

If you use the MacPro7,1 SMBIOS you need to use RestrictEvents.kext and revpatch=auto,sbvmm boot argument to fix memory and PCI errors. As these are common with the MP7,1 SMBIOS.
