The specs of my device:

The laptop name is: HP Laptop 15s-eq2198ns

CPU: AMD Ryzen Mobile 5700U
RAM: 16.0GB DDR4 Dual-Channel
Motherboard: HP 887A (FP6)
GPU: 512MB ATI AMD Radeon Graphics (HP)
Audio: Realtek High Definition Audio
Network: Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter
Keyboard: PS/2
Trackpad: I2C

O.S to install: Sequoia 15

I'm about to give up on installing macOS on my device, I've tried so many ways to do it:
-I've created my own EFI using Dortania's guide
-I have searched for pre-made EFIs
-I've tried again to create my own EFI using ChefKiss' guide

I've been like this for 2 weeks now, and I always end up with the same two errors that I don't know how to solve, either I stay in [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START] or I keep getting kernel panics (and believe me I've seen the guides to solve these errors and nothing). Does anyone have an EFI made, or a guide that works correctly on how to make my own EFI?

Post a copy of your EFI folder so we can see what you are using.

You need to make a bootable USB containing Smokeless_UMAF, so you can increase the amount of VRAM available to the AMD IGPU, 512MB isn’t enough. Minimum should be 2GB, more if you have the system RAM to spare.

His CPU is an AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with 1,8 GHz. If I'm not mistaken, it has an AMD Radeon RX Vega 8 (4000/5000) integrated. So far, these guys have only managed to get this graphics card running in VESA mode. See here:

If you use NootedRed.kext instead of WhateverGreen.kext your AMD IGPU will work in macOS Catalina all they way up to Sequoia.

I have attached a copy of the latest Commit for this kext for you to try in your setup.

You need to be aware of the following when using this kext.
  1. It clashes with WhateverGreen.kext, so the two should never be used together.
  2. Any DeviceProperties in your config.plist will cause the kext to kernel panic, so remove them before using this kext.
    1. Translate the DeviceProperties to either an SSDT or Boot argument so the Device functionality is retained.
  3. When installing macOS, you may have to disable the kext in the config.plist, this is just for the installation phase, as it is known to create a Black Screen issue when enabled during the installation phase. It works perfectly after the OS has been installed.
I have two mini PC AMD Hack's that use NootedRed.kext to run Sonoma and Sequoia using the AMD IGPU for all graphics processes. One contains a Ryzen 7 5700G and the other a Ryzen 5 7530U CPU/IGPU.
