I can't access the setting screen.

This time I started using Hackintosh with only Windows.
The parts I'm using are

CPU: Ryzen 7 7700
MB: ASRock B650M PRO RS
GB: GIGABYTE Radeon RX 6500 XT

The installation went smoothly, but after rebooting about 4 times in a short span of time, it would not enter the Mac settings screen and would just freeze.

This was created following Dortania's OpenCore Install Guide for creating an installer for Windows users.

The EFI used was slightly modified from pacheco.joao's EFI.

I don't know what's wrong with it and I can't fix it.

I have uploaded the config.plist and Debug files, so please tell me where the mistake is. Thank you.

The RX 6500 XT isn’t supported in macOS even with NootRX.kext. It uses a Navi 24 chip, which hasn’t been included in any drivers for macOS.

Using a compatible AMD GPU might help solve your current issues.

I replaced it with a Radeon RX 560 Series and was able to install it.
