Look for a match to your motherboard, it is likely to give you better results.
You should be able to get this old AMD system running macOS, but you shouldn't rely on the APU (Radeon R7) as it isn't supported. You will require a discrete AMD GPU to get macOS installed and running with graphics acceleration.
